Medical Mission Trips
Peak One Surgery Center encourages its physicians and staff to participate in medical mission trips to provide care in the United States and abroad. Members of Peak One Surgery Center have donated hundreds of hours of their time as well as their clinical and administrative expertise to extend medical care to local residents and patients in Africa, Latin America and disaster areas including Haiti. Since 2010, numerous physicians and staff including nurses, surgical technicians, and business office personnel have participated in these trips.
Our medical mission trips are organized through Centura Global Health Initiatives (CGH). In July 2014, physicians, nurses, office staff, physician assistants, vendor representatives and anesthesia personnel spent several weeks in Rwanda providing orthopaedic medical care to those in need.

Our staff and physicians have also participated in medical mission trips in the Congo, Haiti and Honduras. We appreciate opportunities to help those in need and extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of the staff who participate in these extraordinary experiences.
